Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Auto128 platform (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to use the platform for professional purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place in your account.

You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and the services you offer. False information may lead to the suspension of your account.

The free plan is available forever, with no payment card required, for one team member and up to 30 appointments per calendar month. It includes the calendar, profile, booking link and every other feature of the Service.

The paid plans (Pro and Business) include the same features, with higher limits on appointments, team members and marketing emails. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, without penalties; you keep the limits of your paid plan until the end of the period already paid for.

You undertake not to use the Service for illegal activities, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Payments for the paid plans and any deposits collected from your customers are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Refunds are granted in accordance with the policy displayed at the time of purchase and with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Auto128 is not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

The relationship between you and your customers, including the provision of services and the work carried out on their vehicles, remains entirely your responsibility.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
