No. You create your account in 2 minutes, no card. You move to a paid plan only if and when you need more than 30 bookings a month or a second team member.

Yes. The customer gets a confirmation and an automatic reminder, with an option to confirm or reschedule. You can also take a deposit at booking, on every plan, which makes no-shows far less likely.
