Auto128 (“Auto128”, “we”, “us”) provides a used auto-parts sourcing and cross-border delivery service. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information you give us when you request a part or contact us:
- your email address
- the OEM code or part you are looking for, and your vehicle (make, model, year and, if you provide it, the VIN)
- the country you want delivery to, and any message you send us
Information needed to fulfil an order, such as your delivery name and address and the details required to ship your part.
Payment information is handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically when you browse, such as basic technical and usage data (for example, pages viewed) and essential cookies that make the site work.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your request and send you a quote
- source your part from our supplier network and arrange tracked delivery
- take payment through our payment providers
- provide customer support and keep you updated on your order
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
- keep the site secure and improve how it works
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

- carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD and GLS, to deliver your part
- payment providers, to process your payment securely
- hosting and infrastructure providers (including Google Cloud / Firebase), to run the website and store data
- the dismantlers and suppliers who source your specific part
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
6. International transfers
Because we source parts across Europe and deliver to more than 85 countries, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies that are needed for the site to function, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep request and order information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
