What does the price include?
We quote a delivered price: the part plus cross-border shipping to your country. There are no surprise shipping charges added later. Where import duties or taxes may apply in your country, we tell you before you commit.
What if my part falls through after I order?
Our cancellation rate is about one in fifty. If your specific unit becomes unavailable, we source the identical OEM part from our network, usually within 24 hours, or refund you in full. That is our fulfilment promise.
